When i'am working with AVHD videos from my camera, my computer is too
slow and I have to wait 4-5 sec each time I move the playhead to see the
preview. Also, MTS format is really buggy and often crash openshot.

I have to transcode my video in lower resolution mpeg4 format to be
enable to work with openshot, but the final quality is  not really
satisfying.

Let the import video feature had an option to encode high quality video
in a fast and stable preview format to enable fast editing but keeping
high quality version for rendering.
