At first look, libav which is a dependency from Openshot (use for export an
video) seems not available, well at least the website.
Sometimes you have this kind of problem either an manutention of website,
too much connection in the same time, either an attack,....
You should try again.
After if the problem is the same you could install the "true" version of
FFmpeg using this ppa :
