Good morning and sorry for my english.
I have problem with download of Openshot.
I try to download on my pc with Ubuntu 13.10 but the downloa open a window that says that is not possible beacuse there isn't a internet connection.
The internet connection is stil present.

I report the words in the windows

Failed to fetch
http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/liba/libav/libavdevice53_0.8.9-0ubuntu0.13.10.1_i386.deb
404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.91.15 80]

What can I do?
