[Bug 1286956] [NEW] Image Sequence freezes after so many frames

Public bug reported:

I am using Openshot to create a countdown video. The typical length of
the video is 10 minutes. I use a separate program to create the
countdown as transparent png's and then import them as an image
sequence. If I import the image sequence at 25 frames per second, it
works fine. If I import the image sequence at 30 frames per second, the
image sequence stops at 1 minute and 41 seconds and the remaining frames
all say 1 minute 41 seconds.

Os : Ubuntu 12.10
PPA
1.4.4 Alpha 1

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
