[Bug 1296375] [NEW] Mythbuntu 28.2 Theme Issues

Public bug reported:

I updated to the mythbuntu 28.2 theme today as it was recently released
to fix another issue with the 27.1 theme, but I'm noticing a few new
issues with the new theme.

1. The EPG does not display the channel name/num/callsign based on
what's set in the TV Settings > General > Preferred Channel Format, it
kind of randomly displays either the channel number twice for one
channel or sometimes a channel number and callsign or name... I can't
figure out why certain channels would be different?

2. The settings screen(s) are no longer black/white like the rest of the
theme, they appear to be the brown Terra screens; not sure if this was
intentional or meant to be this way but wanted to call it out.

** Affects: mythbuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
