im having the same issue not sure if its software or graphics or cpu
(hardware) i tried med high and low export mp4 (youtube hd) and it shuts
down! any ideas? any updates?

  Shutdown after Export

Bug description:
  When I try to export my video, my computer shuts down :(  No idea why
  is does that. I have downloaded libavcodec-extra-53 and it seemed to
  work and the progress bar did go a bit further, but it still
  shutdown... Thanks!

  My Operating System is: Ubuntu 12.04
  Installation method was: Build Wizard (i think)
  Version of openshot: openshot 1.4.0-1ubuntu1
  Version of melt: amd64
