3) This issue is fixed in the actual package description of libghc-tagsoup-doc and libghc-tagsoup-prof, libghc6-tagsoup-doc and libghc6-tagsoup-prof were removed since Ubuntu 13.04:
Deleted on 2013-04-15 by Colin Watson
only needed for ghc6->ghc transition, which happened in Ubuntu 11.10
