There's nothing to fix here, you can use the Window menu poy told, or
even disable retaining PM windows across sessions by setting it to 0 in
History settings...

Status in DC++: Won't Fix

Bug description:
Since I upgraded last week the problem started.  I open up DC++ and hundreds of offline PM windows open up completely filling up my screen so I open any other windows because I cannot see either what im typing, or the window itself.  I then have to close over 500 offline PM message before I can do anything with the programme.  

I have windows XP and have installed DC++ 0.761.
