although im inclined to disagree pm flood can pretty much happen
anywhere even on "policed" hubs it might be good to consider something
tentative fix if such incident happens

Status in DC++: Won't Fix

Bug description:
Since I upgraded last week the problem started.  I open up DC++ and hundreds of offline PM windows open up completely filling up my screen so I open any other windows because I cannot see either what im typing, or the window itself.  I then have to close over 500 offline PM message before I can do anything with the programme.  

I have windows XP and have installed DC++ 0.761.
