Running REV 326 on a Win2k server

Seems there is a problem on resolving the Nick when a command is issued
on a NI containing special characters ...


example from a redirect done on a nickname: lunič

and the hub answers: No user nick-named "lunic"

seems the special č is lost and replaced by c
