The bug was reported for NMDC (I know because I reported it), so given
what you've said the correct resolution is Won't Fix; the other bug is
(apparently) not going to change anything with regards this bug.

- DC++ does not consider ".mp4" files as video, which hinders searching
- for such files. I can't think of any issues with adding this extension

Status in DC++: New

Bug description:
DC++ does not consider ".mp4" files as video in NMDC searches, which hinders searching for such files. I can't think of any issues with adding this extension to the list of video file types, so it should be an easy fix. :)
