Public bug reported:

On launching dcplusplus ver 0.77 on a windows 2000 machine, a window
with the following error message shows: "the procedure entry point
freeaddrinfo could not be located in the dynamic link library
WS2_32.DLL"

>From some search on this error message, it seems that there is some
small change from Windows 2000 to XP: it's just a matter of some small
modification in the source files and a rebuild of the code to restore
support for Windows 2000.
