[Bug 756638] Re: 100% CPU time when using SOCKS5
Hm, I'm kinda skeptic that they have done anything at all =/ (Not: "Seems to have been fixed as of 1.4.2" and then just marked as Problem Solved by Moderator) Probably a local problem in that case, due to the problem that got fixed without anything got fixed in source code..
I tried to turn ESET Smart Security 4 of (All of it & just the firewall), no results =(
Same problem, full cpu, only able to close gui and the process is still going until' I kill it... =/
So far, i've tried:
ApexDC 1.3.6 + 1.4.2 x86 & x64
AirDC 2.09 x86 & x64 (Link to 2.10 x64 someone?)
DC++ 0.770 & 0.782 x32
StrongDC 2.42 x86 & x64
..And none of them work with SOCKS5...

Title:
100% CPU time when using SOCKS5
Status in DC++:
New
Bug description:
Windows 7 64Bit SP1 DC++ >0.782
When I'm starting DC++ from scratch (No download, no connected hubs, no hashing, nothing!) there is no problem. As I click "Use SOCKS5 for outgoing connections" the CPU time raise from ~1-3% to 95-98% (only on dcplusplus.exe), in about 5 minutes and stays there until' i've killed the process from the task manager. Doesn't matter if a use standard DC++ or any other modified version, 32bit as well as 64bit dosn't matter either.
