With medium dpi set in windows 7 pro 32 bit (which is 120 dpi) the
sizing on the settings dialog doesn't exactly work correctly, if i
resize to an image close, then reopen it will be larger, if i close
again and reopen, the settings dialog will take up 98% of the entire of
the screen (which has a resolution of 1280x960)
