Public bug reported:

 1. i have two 23'' monitor on my machine working at the same time
 2. working application window is on a second[in windows "2" mean not "main"] display
 3. i close dc++
 4. i start dc++ and it shows up on first["main"] monitor

Summary:
 - dc++ needs multimonitor support

p.s.
 - dc++ should remember not only frames or windows sizes and positions, but
   also splitters in this frames and windows[every start i need to resize those things];
   please fix this.
