Public bug reported:

When same ADC users logged into multiple opened hubs, and they go offline in some of them (but stay on in some of theml) the caption of PM and filelist windows' tabs are not reflecting the change, offline users are not removed from these places. Its the same in the new hub selector combobox in the PM window as well.
The attached patch is a possible solve of the problem.
