  adchpp: appName, versionString, and versionFloat variables not visible
  to Python

Bug description:
  variables outlined in adchpp.i:

  extern std::string appName;
  extern std::string versionString;
  extern float versionFloat;

  Can't seem to be accessed through python, but they are with lua
