  File transfers halt in DC++,  reestarting is the only remedy

Status in DC++:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  As of the current rev of DC++ File transfers for me will halt and die
  after a while all other connections work (chat, hublist, version.xml)
  work, just file transfers are affected
