Title:
  Downloads finished in a new session are displayed via pop-up message
  but aren't listed under Grouped by files in the Finished Downloads tab

Bug description:
  When a download is resumed in a different session than it was started
  even if it has finished downloading, it won't be listed as 100%
  finished in the default location of finished files which should be
  Grouped by files in the Finished Downloads tab in my opinion. This
  means that it won't appear in the list if the fully downloaded files
  are filtered out.

  I would prefer to have such files listed there with a 100% transferred
  ratio regardless of some part of was finished in an earlier session. I
  think this way it would be in sync with the pop-up message, and
  probably others would like that too.

  I hope you agree with me regarding this.
