Public bug reported:

When a download is continued and is finished in different session of the
client, it won't be listed in the default location of finished files
which should be Grouped by files in the Finished Downloads tab in my
opinion.

I would prefer to have such files listed there with a 100% transferred
ratio regardless of some part of was finished in an earlier session. I
think this way it would be in sync with the pop-up message, and probably
others would like that too.

I hope you agree with me regarding this.
