[Bug 1016205] [NEW] Client freezes when trying to use Ignore chat or Un-ignore chat from the context menu on a user's p.m. tab

Public bug reported:

This is around since a while (too) and still occurs with all of the
newer releases to date.

I was able to reproduce it using a clean client (only copying
favorites.xml from setup). At firts I tought it is because I'm connected
to way too many hubs, but I was able to reproduce it even with a dozen
hubs, so I can only assume the crash is rather based on the user count.

Upon reproduction (which I could only achieve by using the context menu entries on a user's p.m. window, regardless of the user's being online or offline) the GUI stops responding to anyting, while the CPU usage stays at 0% so was not looking for thread information.
When using debug client, I can still see a couple of entries after I reporduce the issue, but after that the client is all dead.
Crash report was never genereted either.

** Affects: dcplusplus
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
