[Bug 1169849] [NEW] Adding folders to queue does not show in Download queue if completed is a share drive

Public bug reported:

I am running DC++ v0.811 on Win 7 X64 HP SP1.

If I select an entire folder to download, the folder and the files in it
do not appear in my download queue, but the files start to download
fine. If I stop DC++ and restart, the folder and its files appear in
the download queue.

If I just select individual files (not folders) they get added and shown
on the queue immediately without needing a restart.

I think this relates to the issues when the Completed folder is located
on a share using \\xxxxxx\downloads for the completed folder.

It does not seem to be an issue if the completed folder is a local
drive, or if map the share drive to the PC I am using, but this is not a
full time option for me.
