good to hear!

the changes between all 3 versions mentioned are minor and should not
affect the discovery of shared files. i believe you experienced a fluke
that resolved itself...

are you using any security program? this sounds like an anti-virus
failing to notice DC++ was being upgraded and trying to block parts of
it...

give a shout if this ever happens again!

  Later versions crash when adding Mac-based Windows XP network shared
  files

Status in DC++:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Versions of DC++ after 0.822 can not recognize my (local area network
  based) share file folder.  DC++ crashes when trying to (re) add my
  shared folder.  I have reverted back to version 0.822 and my network
  shared files, already hashed, were immediately available.  Running
  Windows XP Pro SP3 with latested updates.  Shared files are on a
  Macintosh-based network share.
