[Bug 1225930] Re: FEAT|REQ: Change the system-tray client call behavoir

I know the software itself is already running but take for instance the
case where you're an hardcore OPer running DC++ with a bunch of plugins
while actively using heavy detection scripts such as updated/modded aml
and autobanning ~bad~ clients/users and putting load on the users
computer then just calling up DC++ while it's busy in it's nut-busting
process will be a painful process, accidentally calling it up in midst
of it all isn't actually pleasant, annoying to say the least, it could
very likely even be within the computers-flying-out-the-window
phenomenon ^^

I have in several occasions forgotten that DC++ is opened by single
click simply because mIRC, Fraps, Logitech Gaming Software, Teamspeak3,
Skype, Steam, Comodo firewall etc does not act this way.

There's also times where you're running somethings else mid-heavy in the
background and want to call up on DC++ to see if someone has said
somethings in a hub but failing to realize or to remember that it's
single click you will have DC++ open in front of your eyes even after
the second click and lag/delay vanish when you've already moved the
mouse away from the icon and then you continue to repeat the bloody
process about 2-3 times before you realize you're f%¤& retarded trying
to call it that way.

I'm also somewhat upset with not being able to turn off the auto-update
checker and that we're no longer able to see filelist uploads.. but
that's for another time i suppose.

FEAT|REQ: Change the system-tray client call behavoir

Bug description:
Past versions of DC++ and its mods as well as the majority of windows
software which utilizes the system-tray feature lets the user call the
software by Double-Clicking its system-tray icon.

However! In the later/DWT DC++ builds the property has been changed
to single click which I and perhaps many others do not appreciate
because it causes somewhat of a mindfuck and misclicking-frustrations
as it's one of few softwares acting this way.

Please change it back to the way it used to be.
