Public bug reported:

Using r681 of ADCH++ with ADCS enabled and used (no port for ADC),
completely stock settings, when using the bloom plugin clients connected
ala ADCS cannot chat (or well the client sends messages out but the hub
doesn't show the messages as being received. Disabling the bloom plugin
fixes this, apparently this has been an issue since 2010'ish
