A potential future solution would be to create a "System" tab where also
other settings can reside (e.g. other registry changes).

"Start minimized" is indeed an additional feature that can arise. The
question is if the minimization settings can or should improve: there
are other bug reports regarding minimization. I know uTorrent has a
bunch of settings regarding it.
