seems sound but i'm a bit wary about performance.
1) can you measure refresh times with & without your patch?
2) does the whole list really have to be refreshed on each hub connection / disconnection?
3) there is no "disconnected" text?

  Hide hubs from the hublist which the user is already connected to

Bug description:
  Just as stated in the title: I think there is no need to display the hubs in the hublist which the user is already connected to.
  Some hubs still allow multiple connection from the same client and this would be one way to avoid this happenning occasionally.
