Taskbar context menu bug in Windows 10

Bug description:
When running DC++ in Windows 10, right click the DC++ icon in the task
bar and click "Pin to taskbar", proceed to right click on "Unpin from
taskbar" this will make it so you cannot re-pin DC++ back to the
taskbar.
