Re: blog guidelines for atta boys
I'd like to have a public display of what he was able to accomplish, i.e.:
* be nominated as master
* be a Lubuntu wiki leader (in process, but still)
* revise and greatly improve the Lubuntu page (waiting approval)
* set up the Lubuntu Roles page for Find-A-Task (a few details to
figure out, but minor)
* create a blueprint with guidelines for making major improvements to the wiki
He came in wanting to help but couldn't quite see his place. We've
greatly changed that and he's blossomed because of it and is working
hard at contributing to the larger community.
I think this is worth mentioning publicly because:
* it's a way of congratulating him
* it's a way of recognizing his accomplishments (think "honor roll")
* it shows what Linux Padawan is able to accomplish
* it encourages others to join
The reason I asked about it here is to see if anyone had any thoughts
about how best to do this. I'm inclined to just blog away, but wanted
to check in. Belkinsa agreed that some sort of guidelines might help.
