Can't we just show the "Properties" dialog for every NZB added? I
think a "Batch download properties" dialog with buttons like "Back"
and "Forward" isn't that intuitive to use. But I'll probably wait for
Sander, Eran and your opinion to form my final opinion, as I'm not
very familiar with "Design" and "Accessibility". But I do think the
"Properties" dialog should be opened when a NZB is added via drag&drop
and via file associations. Although I'm not sure we should use the
"Properties" dialog we made yesterday or create a new dialog for such
purposes.

Maybe something like "Change download options" or "Modify download options"?
