I also have this bug. If lottaNZB cannot not repair it will just stop
completely and hang even though it claims the download is finished.
Delete the offending download, restart LottaNZB and the download is in
the queue again, it re-downloads par2 files the again hangs. I have to
manually delete it from the hella folders to get it to carry on with the
queue.

Bug description:
When the first file has finished downloading and has been processed the next file will start to download... Unless the first file needs Pars downloading for recovery. In which case LottaNZB just hangs and stops working.If you restart LottaNZB it will then start downloading the pars for recovery for the first file.
