Public bug reported:

When the first file has finished downloading and has been processed the
next file will start to download... Unless the first file needs Pars
downloading for recovery. In which case LottaNZB just hangs and stops
working.If you restart LottaNZB it will then start downloading the pars
for recovery for the first file.
