Hi,

if none in the Launchpad Czech translators team is replying, we can ask
Launchpad admin to change the owner/admin of the team. unfortunately it
is something we, as Launchpad Translation Coordinators, cannot do.

Plese, allow a couple more days for your email to be replied, and if
nobody replied, we can move forward (you might have to open a new
question for that).
