Well, i see that Pavel is marked as " proposed member" but i cannot 
confirm him 'cause i am not team administrator. If Kuvaly ( 
https://launchpad.net/~kuvaly <https://launchpad.net/%7Ekuvaly>) is not 
responding, then i would agree with changing the team admin to someone else.
