Hope everyone's doing well!

As you may know, Ubuntu 13.04 raring ringtail will be released fully in
a couple of weeks and the language pack translation deadline is in a
week and a half. (The usual routine really!)

There are only 1 or 2 packages with stuff (1380 left in total) but i
don't think there's anything show-stopping or serious left to do....99%+
of what's left will be fine as it is for the time being ;)

So i'd like to once again thank everyone for their hard work and
dedication towards improving open source applications for the end-users :)
The british-english speaking world thanks you!
