[HOWTO] Start Planning for Lubuntu 14.04

Dear All,

As you all my know, Lubuntu 14.04 is going to be a Long Term Support (LTS)
release [1] and it has been decided back in April, 2013 [2].

Long Story Short, HOWTO plan for the upcoming LTS release of Lubuntu? how
to discuss? share ideas? etc.
The answer is simple:

   - https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-brainstorming

Some may disagree about having a separate area to discuss about Lubuntu
14.04. Well, it had been decided long ago to have Sub-Teams [3] for Lubuntu
and each one of these sub-teams works for the greater good of Lubuntu and
share the work progress and result with the whole community. The reason why
to have a dedicated area to discuss a future release such as Lubuntu 14.04:

   1. The General Mailing Lists [4] usually serve for those who are seeking
help for the current stable release (13.04 for now) and also to discuss the
development release (Saucy - 13.10 for now) which is under heavy work by
everyone from Developers to Artwork Team to Testers to Wiki Editors to
Support to Communications People. IMHO, having an extra 'VERY' important
topic like the future of Lubuntu 14.04 (the very long waited release) to be
discussed side by side with 13.04 (and previous releases) + 13.10 is NOT
good idea, IMHO because it will lead to confusion and delay at some points.
Everyone's Time is highly appreciated and needed.
   2. Every Team or Group of People on this world are working hard to
achieve a certain goal and in the process, they do their very best to
remain organized. Lubuntu Team is no exception. IMHO, to be extra
organized, we need to discuss this on separate area which already has a
public archive [5] + anyone who is interested can join.
   3. Some users may not be really interested about Lubuntu Development. On
the other hand, some may be very interested. Having a separate area IMHO
will make sure to achieve this.
   4. After all, the whole point of having sub-teams for Lubuntu is to
   achieve all the above.

So, dear Lubuntu Users, Members and Fans ... if you are interested to start
the discussion about Lubuntu 14.04, I would suggest to join Lubuntu
Brainstorming on Launchpad [6] and let's have some fun :)

@Communications Team
If you guys agree about the above, please, spread the word. Let's be
organized.

Thank you everyone!

P.S.
NO special requirements to join Lubuntu Brainstorming team except your
interested to discuss the future of Lubuntu 14.04 with the team :)
