Re: [Lubuntu-admins] Preparation of a Lubuntu Statement

As part of my duties, and as requested, here are the pages to add content previous to the release date.
I will transform that page into its official form on the release day - therefore, without the +1 - and leave that one for drafting purposes.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/ReleaseAnnouncement+1
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Lubuntu/ReleaseAnnouncement+1

If you have any odt draft you can send to me so that I can publish it to both wikis, I'd appreciate it.
Let me know if there's anything I can do for you in regard to this task

i've got all sorts of problems with 14.04.2 right now. i don't think
we're going to be able to make the release unless we get a major
[bug][] figured out. that being said, i'll need some time with this.
