Hello LUbuntu community

May be there is a better address for this.
But I encounter several installation bugs.
Is there a place to search or file LUbuntu-installation bug reports?

Currently, after what seems to be a completed installation 
of  lubuntu-9.10_lynxis_b23.is  via:
   ubiquity --desktop gtk_ui

After boot, I see the 4-letter word:

  GRUB

and nothing happens.
