Message #00894
Re: new logo
the blue design looks just wonderful! really, really great :)
but the green one imo is as much ugly as much blue is pretty... awful shade
of green (kinda light yellowish dirty, for me the only pretty kind of green
is deep, lively and dark, like a very young grass in early spring) that
doesn't fit the rest of colours at all.
I know it's about keeping directions proposed by ubuntu, and that it's early
stage and people may have different taste. but I really think that if we
should choose green, then other shade of green and paired with other
colours, cause it just looks unaesthicallly now, it just doesn't match.
And if it is impossible due to ubuntu policy, then keeping it just to be
different from xubuntu is kinda... stupid. do we really want to be different
so much, even at the cost of uglyness?
so imo the CHOICE 1 is much better.
