Hi,

UDS was some days ago, and I had the opportunity to collect various
information relative to Lubuntu. This is a quick report :

- No chance to have a session for discussion on UDS, so discussion will
be on blueprint directly. See

- Bad news, the iso building is blocked by infrastructure problems ...
- ... but they are looking at it ...
- ... but no ETA for solving this problem.
- Announcement of Unity (the new netbook interface), but shouldn't be
many of those improvements available easily for Lubuntu
- Many improvements for indicators applets, adding support on lxpanel
should be a priority to offer those functionalities, at least as an
option
- Refactoring of update-notifier, maybe to be more suitable for
Lubuntu :

- Photo Management review, need to have a look if it's lightweight
