The tuquido control center seems to fancy for me. It reminds me of the
Windows
XP/Vista Control center with all its category hell. Where you don't

Yes, for advanced users, the categories are annoying :) I always switch
to the more detailed mode when I'm working on XP. But, for beginners, I
think it's easier to categorize and to describe more the options
available.
Also, we already have webkit in Lubuntu (osmo bring it on 10.10).
