But me, I'll will ... It means, I can't update it (as a MOTU, I can
upload only in universe and multiverse) :-/ I think it's a mistake, or I
will need upload rights quickly to this package :-/

It probably changed recently (with the introduction of Software Center).
In the past, only main + restricted was "on" by default, and you had a
warning message when you need to enable universe and multiverse.
IMO, multiverse and partner should not be enable by default. It's
already possible to enable them easily in Synaptic.
