I like having the application menu available when I right click the
desktop.  I found where to configure that option, but when I enable it
there are only 3 apps listed.  Shouldn't it be the same menu structure
that exists when clicking on the Lubuntu start button?

Also, I think it would be great if the desktop application menu were
on by default.
