Ok, i see. Me too i have mintppc11 (but it' not really configured). In
the forums there i saw some advice to configure therm_adt746x . . .
i'll try that way. Moreover, i think i'll install powernowd (which
regulates the cpu speed). I'll report the results.

In any case, with the fan running all the time at full speed (and
rumour) Lubuntu is no fun :)
