Re: 3G support

 

hi Julien,

The Lubuntu 12.04 now sees the 3G device and I am asked to install it when
clicking on the nm icon. It seems that the programme to actually install it
is missing as nothing happens. I've checked with Ubuntu 12.04 LiveCD and it
works as expected.

Sorry I cannot be of much more help, I don't know what else is missing. On
the plus side, I will be taking 12.04 lubuntu to India with me & have
already booked a laptop & 3G card for my appartment, so I will be able to
test anything you wish me to.
