I've just asked on -release,

I am 'guessing' is is the two critical bugs found in the installer, from
what I read on the bugs allocated to ubuntu - as we all use the same
installer, it needed fixing! [1], [2] both have fixes released, which
wouldl be why everything is being re-spun.
