Gentlemen.

I know you guys are busy as bees so I will make this short the apparent
kernel bug # 1007674 is not resolved in the mainline kernel.

However Lubuntu Quantal Desktop amd64 iso seems to like the kernel just
fine.  Think i will keep this install around for awhile for more testing.
