Hi Ron,

If while testing and something is 'wrong'  then do raise a bug report. We'd
much rather have a duplicate bug, then miss one. The details as best we on
Lubuntu can explain it for new commers is at [1] - Please do shout if there
is any missing information that you need.

@ Nicholas, can you follow this one with me from a new person so that we
can ensure that they have information to hand to report a problem.
