this a very interesting thread, specially for me. i myself run lubuntu
12.04 on 2 laptops and i'm very interested in lubuntu pae support.

btw, i am stably, productivily, happily, and proudly using lubuntu since
11.10 thanks to all your hard work! huge thank you to all of you that work
hard on this fast, secure and stable system!

my systems:
1) core2duo T7300, which supports pae: main laptop for work, and study.

2) celeron M banias 1200 mhz, which does not support pae: my kid's laptop
to play gcompris, supertux, frogatto and other kid's stuff.

so, although i was already aware of Ali's post at
http://amjjawad.blogspot.com/2013/03/to-be-or-not-to-be.html, i myself am
not sure what to expect when Lubuntu 12.04 reaches  reaches EOL sometime
this year.

I'm a little confused: will Lubuntu 12.04 keep getting security updates
after 2013 once it run Ubuntu LTS core? I'm not a developer. I'm just a
Lubuntu user extreeeemely happy with this system speed and stability, ok?
