Unfortunately, I'm not a System Security Specialist/Expert so that I can
give an accurate answer for that.
However, from my understanding, and I could be wrong: As long as the Core
System is an LTS (12.04) and as long as this LTS Core System is supported
for 5 years and as long as I'm receiving the important security updates
from the repositories, and as long as I can still run:
sudo apt-get upgrade
without any error/issue so my system is up to date ...
I would NEVER be worried about anything whatsoever. I would never think my
system could be compromised.

I have attached two text files, please have a look.

Also: http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/lubuntu-desktop

If one of these packages is related to System Security and won't be updated
after 18 months from releasing 12.04 then ONLY that time, I might be a
little bit worried.

:)

>From my understanding and logic:
If LXLE is using different packages than what I have attached and what is
including here: http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/lubuntu-desktop

and these different packages which are being used in LXLE are related to
Security and will be maintained for 5 years, then your statement might be
valid. However, I'm not a developer to confirm that.

*What are the packages that are related to Security and won't be maintained
for 5 years in Lubuntu but will be maintained in LXLE?*

That is the puzzle that we need to find an accurate and logical answer for
:)
Only then, we can decide which one is better - LTS wise - than the other :D

http://www.lxle.net/index.php?x=about

I can't see anything on that link which really explain how LXLE is
different than Lubuntu 12.04 LTS wise?

To quote:
*"I decided to take a LTS version of Lubuntu, although not official it was
close enough. A nice stable seasoned release from which to build from. I
loaded it up with some heavy weight programs to ensure covering all the
bases while providing ease of use. I added and updated the software
repositories, and updated all the major programs such as LibreOffice, Gimp,
Openshot.

Finally I made sure it was beautiful, complete with a new theme coupled by
gorgeous wallpapers and drop shadows provided by Compton. I also included a
couple unique features like QuickStart Launcher (alt+z), Random Wallpaper,
Fast Forecast, Aero Snap and Conky (gauges). I then decided to create both
a 32bit & 64bit version of LXLE. They are identical with a small exception.
The 32bit version has compton (shadows) disabled by default, it is easily
renabled if desired."*

I can't find anything related to Security concerns that you have, Nio :)

What kind of support that LXLE can provide? can LXLE maintain LTS for each
and every package it has?

*"The REAL SHORT OF IT is, this is a glorified remastered version of
Lubuntu 12.04, with plans of incremental updates until the next LTS
release. Any help or support can be achieved through existing (L)Ubuntu
Forums, Websites, Channels, Documentation and I'll help by email if I can."
*

What is the difference between LXLE Packages and Lubuntu 12.04 Packages?

If LXLE does have different packages than:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/lubuntu-desktop
and
1- these different packages are maintained for 5 years
2- secure enough as per your your and how a system might be compromised, etc

then, I would recommend to use LXLE over Lubuntu 12.04 :)

Rather than that, I would personally stick to Lubuntu 12.04 and keep
recommending it to everyone who may ask me :)

> @amjjawad, I understand that you discourage me to continue with the
> fake-pae issue.

Julien has answered that and of course he knows better than me when it
comes to these details :D

Thank you!
P.S.
I really hope you see my point and if something is not clear, please let me
know and I will gladly re-explain and clear any confusion :)
